This hotel is worth every euro. My wife and I visited Milan for several days during a tour of Europe and were grateful for the Crivi’s Hotel. Personnel were gracious and helpful, the service at the restaurant was impeccable. The room was a mix of tasteful and comfortable furniture. The bathroom was spotless. Location is tops - easy to reach most of the main things to see or places to shop or window shop - for example, 12 minutes to walk to the glorious Teatro alla Scala. The public rooms are tasteful. Breakfast is generous as well. Oh, my, did we enjoy our stay!

Much travelled I do not think I have ever come across a hotel where the staff were as (quietly) welcoming, charming, efficient and helpful as in Crivi’s Hotel. The bar staff were attentive and positive. Our rooms were attractive (not enormous but large enough) with good bathrooms and powerful showers. Beautifully situated for La Scala, the Galeria and the Duomo it is an excellent, (happily) smallish, hotel which we would love to stay at again.

We just returned from our stay at Crivi’s Hotel and were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very warm, accommodating and efficient. They went out of their way to be helpful to us and friendly to our five month old son. The room was attractive and comfortable. The crib they set up for our son was very nice compared to a lot of other hotels we have stayed at. The hotel's location could not be better--esp. if you are in Milan for a brief stay and want to see the sights/go shopping quickly. We recommend it highly.
